What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, for sanitary purposes Wink'd Out DOES NOT allow any returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. Wink'd Out reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Damaged Products: If you believe your order was damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error and it has not been used, please email info@winkdout.com within 48 hours after your package has been delivered with your request. Please include your order number, full name, and include photos of the damaged items. Requests will be considered, but NOT GUARANTEED. 

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is dispatched we can no longer cancel it. If you wish to cancel your order please email info@winkdout.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to cancel it!

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed you can longer make any changes. If you would like to make changes to your order please email info@winkdout.com so we can cancel it and you can start a new order.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders may take 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday) to be shipped out after the order is placed. We will do our best to ship out orders as soon as possible. 

Orders will be shipped out through USPS in the United States.

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated or updated.

 

Does Wink'd Out ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this moment Wink'd Out is only shipping to our U.S. customers. As we grow we would LOVE to ship to our international customers!
